- Charge dismissed by the DA or judge — no conditions required
- Charge dismissed after you completed community service, a class, or a program — qualifies, $175 court fee may apply
- Found not guilty at trial — qualifies, no fee
- Dismissed years ago — no deadline. A charge dismissed 10 years ago qualifies today.
- Prior conviction on a different matter — does not disqualify you for a dismissed charge expunction
